| Yamagata Hikari Center is a welfare facility designed to meet the needs of children with mentally disabilities before they enter school, and between the ages of 15 and 18, after compulsory education is completed. Children are able to commute from their homes using the facilitys bus service, and they can benefit from the pleasant group life and development support provided at the center. |
