The vocational aid institution
for adult with intellectual disability (The attending institution)

Sagae Kyourou Ikusei Center is a mentally disabled persons' vocational aid center. Thirty users are commuting from two cities (Sagae-shi and Yamagata-shi), and five towns (Nishikawa Town, Kahoku-cho, Oe-cho, Asahi-cho, and Yamanobe Town). (Vocational aid activities are performed focusing on woodwork work (map puzzle tissue cases, wooden postcards, toys, and utensils for daily use), those works are sold to the community. They are sold throughout the year at "Cherry Land" in Sagae-shi, and "The Cultural Hall of Water" in Nishikawa-cho. From June to November, we participate in many bazaars and events. The net profit is split up and given to all the users as a bonus.
