In the elementary unit we provide various activities designed to get the children
to start doing basic things by themselves. We work to provide an external
environment where the children can utilize the resources available to
them to best advantage, and also to work on developing their inner stregnths
through artistic expression. The children work freely in the rich envrionment
the facility provides.
In tboth the junior and senior high school units, the students are encouraged
to develop their physical strength by taking part in lots of physical
activites. Sports is a big part of their preparation for the annual road
race convention in October. In art classes, the children use digital cameras
to create photographic works, and are enthusiastic about entering their
art work in a competition held each year.
In the unit that students attend once they have completed their compulsory schooling,
there are a number of programs which aim to being about a realization
of independence. The participants are taught the value of cooperation
and independence for living in the community.
